Returns & Refunds
This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on www.rockchic.eu operated by Rockchic France.
This policy complies with EU and French consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at michele@rockchic.eu before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Digital products once the download has started
Custom-made or personalised items
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return
We will provide return instructions
Returns must be sent to the following address:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Refunds will be made using the original payment method
Original shipping costs will be refunded (excluding any additional costs for express delivery, if applicable)
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at michele@rockchic.eu, including photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
